Are You A Boxer Or Briefs Man? What Is All The Fuss About And Why Is It Important?

There have been many different trend changes these days as it concerns the type of underwear men are wearing.

Are a lot of companies are trying to re-create men’s underwear such as briefs along with boxer shorts. But there really is no difference between the two besides the size of them and how they fit a given man.

You see, briefs are known to fit very snuggly and therefore many men enjoying wearing them over boxers. But there are also a lot of men who enjoy wearing boxers because they give more wiggle room as well as provide more airflow. Whatever type a man chooses will depend on what he likes best.

Men who wear briefs (sometimes called “tighty whiteys”) often wear them because they feel that they fit them the right way. A lot of men also feel that wearing briefs is the most natural thing to do and they can’t imagine themselves wearing any other type of underwear.

But then on the other side there are also a lot of men who find wearing boxer shorts to be uncomfortable to wear. Either way it goes there will always be various reasons why some men decide to wear boxer shorts over briefs and why some men choose to wear briefs over boxer shorts.

Underwear Choice and Reproduction Ability / Fertility?

There has been a lot of heated debate over which type of underwear would be the best ones to wear when it comes to things such as reproduction ability.

There are certain people who believe that wearing briefs restricts airflow thus fore creating more heat. They say that when this happens it can affect a man’s ability to reproduce, and many of these men have decided to start wearing boxers. Some men also feel uncomfortable with briefs because they feel as if their penis movement is restricted.

Wearing underwear that are looser are able to help the penis move more freely about thus fore enabling it to become strengthened.

When wearing looser fitting underwear the circulation to the penis is better. But even with all of these opinions going about, men who wear a certain type of underwear are deciding to stay loyal to what they’ve worn most of their lives.

Underwear Research and Experiments

In any case though the big companies, which produce different types of underwear, are often quick to tell men that they cannot trust any of the studies they hear about on a day-to-day basis. They have a vested interest in making sure men do not get the wrong idea about any given type of underwear.

The studies that have been done vary, there are research studies which state that too much heat in a man’s genitalia can decrease fertility levels. There also have been experiments done where men wore different types of underwear in order to test the effectiveness of this theory. The end result was that differences were found when wearing different types of underwear.

The Great Undies Conclusion… Boxers or Briefs?

But when it is all said and done the conclusion was that briefs do not create so much heat that it would cause any severe problems now or in the future. So when it comes to a man’s choice in underwear they need not worry about any negative effect it may have on their ability to reproduce. Any arguments made here about wearing any event type of underwear over the other should be met with extreme scrutinizing.

You should never base the type of underwear you wear based off of things such as your ability to reproduce. You should only wear the type of underwear you feel the most comfortable wearing as long as you feel comfortable wearing them then nothing else matters.
